Quote form submissions are sent via Web3Forms and may be stored in our internal business systems (including Google Sheets and Google Calendar) to manage bookings and jobs. These providers may store data outside New Zealand, but they operate under their own privacy and security safeguards.

How Long We Keep It

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and maintain basic business records, after which it's deleted or archived.
